James L. Bolden, Sr.
James L. Bolden Sr. serves as Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Automation, providing strategic leadership and oversight across the company’s mission-aligned professional services portfolio. A veteran of the 101st Airborne Division and the Berlin Brigade, he brings more than 25 years of experience supporting federal, municipal, and commercial organizations.
James has held leadership roles across the aerospace, defense, rail, education and technology sectors, with expertise in operational execution, regulatory environments, and organizational development. Under his leadership, Cambridge Automation has built a reputation for operational excellence, integrity, and dependable mission support.

The Senior Manager of Contracts brings over 15 years of experience in federal contracting, with deep expertise in FAR, DFARS, and full contract lifecycle management across prime and subcontractor execution, including compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness aligned with DCAA and DCMA requirements. This role ensures contract administration and program execution remain fully compliant with federal acquisition regulations.

The Senior Manager of Subcontracts and Procurement has extensive experience managing subcontractor relationships within defense environments, with expertise in subcontract lifecycle management, flow-down compliance, vendor coordination, small business utilization, and DCMA CPSR alignment. The Accounting Manager has extensive experience in cost accounting within federal contracting environments, with deep expertise in audit-compliant systems, indirect rate structures, and financial reporting. This role has a proven ability to establish and maintain audit-ready financial environments while aligning financial systems with program execution, cost control, and performance visibility in support of defense programs. The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing cost accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance with federal acquisition regulations, ensuring accurate cost allocation and effective indirect rate management. This position is available to support proposal efforts and full program execution upon contract award.
