GEOINT Analyst (ISR / C5ISR Defense Programs)

Support mission-critical ISR operations delivering geospatial intelligence that directly impacts national security.

Cambridge Automation is seeking a GEOINT Analyst to support ISR and C5ISR programs for the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint Force operations.

This is not a back-office role, this is frontline intelligence support, where your analysis informs real-world mission decisions in high-stakes, classified environments.

You’ll Operate at the Intersection of:

• Advanced ISR sensors and collection platforms

• Geospatial intelligence and imagery analysis

• Mission execution and operational decision-making


What You’ll Do


Geospatial Intelligence & Analysis

• Analyze imagery and geospatial data from ISR platforms (satellite, airborne, UAS)

• Produce maps, overlays, and geospatial intelligence products

• Conduct terrain analysis, route analysis, and pattern-of-life assessments

• Identify structures, facilities, and activity of intelligence interest


Mission Support & Targeting

• Support mission planning and targeting through geospatial insights

• Deliver timely intelligence to support operational decision-making

• Contribute to ISR mission execution across dynamic environments


Intelligence Production & Reporting

• Generate intelligence reports, briefings, and visual products

• Communicate findings to operational and Government stakeholders

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and mission relevance of all outputs


Tools & Technical Execution

• Utilize GEOINT tools such as ArcGIS, SOCET GXP, RemoteView, or similar

• Exploit imagery and geospatial datasets across multiple sources

• Integrate GEOINT with other intelligence disciplines (multi-INT environments)


What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (Required)

• 5–10+ years of GEOINT or imagery analysis experience

• Experience supporting ISR or C5ISR missions

• Proficiency with geospatial tools (ArcGIS, SOCET GXP, RemoteView, etc.)

• Strong imagery interpretation and geospatial analysis skills

• Experience producing intelligence reports and visual products


Preferred

• Full-Motion Video (FMV) analysis experience

• Knowledge of remote sensing and sensor capabilities

• Experience supporting deployed or tactical ISR operations

• Experience in multi-INT or all-source fusion environments


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 – $165,000+ annually

(Commensurate with experience, clearance, and mission scope)

Work Environment

• Location: APG, MD or (NIWC Pacific / NAWCWD/ NAVWAR), CA sites 

• On-site / classified environments based on mission requirements

• Up to 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS)
